Plundering the old Music For Pleasure L.P. and adding more gems from the EMI vaults, hear Carry On favourites like Sid James, Kenneth Williams, Joan Sims and Jim Dale warble chart successes and songs from the shows. I wrote an over-view of the Carry On franchise for the booklet and helped compile the album. We were particularly delighted to secure the rights of Frankie Howerd’s dulcet tones on ‘Up Pompeii’.
